What Happened To America
67What Will Our Politicans Do To Us Next
What Went Wrong With America
When did it all start downhill. Many people will point to November 22 1963 as the day it all started to go wrong. Many will point to the day Kennedy was shot as the day that America lost its soul. America's camelot was destroyed on that Friday afternoon and since then almost nothing has gone right. Sure there have been bright spots like the first day man walked on the moon , and the day the Berlin wall came down. But all along there have been instances that have to be pointed out as the very low points of American history. In Vietnam we fought a war we couldn't win. In those days of hot tempers , riots , and Kent State , America changed just a little more. And then they shot Bobby Kennedy and Martin Luther King and tore away more of America's soul. Then along came Watergate and Tricky Dick. And a little more was lost. And then came a day that none of us will ever forget. September 11th changed America forever and you know it really pissed me off when they took the videos of the planes flying into the buildings off TV. If I had a voice in that I would say show them every day.
Some where along the way in came the politically correctness crap and everyone in America thought they had to play the politicaly correct game. We were supposed to forgive and forget everyone and not say anything that was politically incorrect. You know what I say to this we need to stand up for America , our home and to hell with politically correctness.
Every night I see all the ads for all the starving children in darkest Africa or South America but I never see ads for the twelve million hungry children here in the USA. You know what I say. As long as we have one hungry child here in America not one penny should go out of this country. We need to worry about our people here at home in the USA before we worry about any one else.
We let all our textile jobs get shipped out of the United States to Mexico , China and other third world countries and we didn't do one thing about it. More of the politically correctness crap. We should have stood up and demanded that all textile imports into America stop. But we went along with it and didn't say a word. And in case you missed it they did the same thing with the Steel Industry and also for the most part the Automobile industry.
And they play games with us people. The so called democrats and republicans do. Yes games. They want you to think that there are two vastly differn't political parties and you really have a choice. But do you? The 2000 election proved that to us didn't it. And then this year we have the Presidential Election and I wonder how we got to here. How could you vote for either John McCain or Barack Obama and feel good about it. How indeed. This election has to be one of the lowest points in Americas Political history. If you've not studied the back ground of these candidates you really need to and if you do you just may wonder like I do whats the use in voting for either one of these guys. I really don't believe either one of them will be good for America. At this point in our countrys life we needed a strong political candidate that would really stand up for America.
And then came the Real Estate crisis with fannie and freddie and then the great 700 billion dollar Wall Street bail out. Come on people we have been used. Yes used. The politicians sold us out again even though most of the American citizens were against the bail out of Wal Street. We should turn them all out of office. And the Stock Market continues to go down day after day. What kind of bail out will they be asking for next. What other load of crap will our politicians try to feed us next.

Red State Update: Bailout
And Don't Forget The Rest
The morning after Hurricane Ike hit Texas our gas prices jumped 25 percent at our local gas stations and by the middle of the next day local stations were putting up out of gas signs. And you know what I didn't believe one word of it and I still don't. We were used again people. And they are still milking it for all its worth still using us. And we put up with it. Why. Why indeed. We should vote every one of the politicians out of office. We should demand that the gas companies have to answer for what what they have done to the American people.
And the grocery prices are going thru the roof they say as a result of the gas prices. Its like every company got together and said okay lets screw the American people. If prices go up for the next 20 years the way they have for the last 20 you will need a wheel barrow to take the money to the grocery store to buy groceries.
And the Credit Crunch only gets worst. With Bank Failures , Companies closing down and Wal Street going down the tubes how or what can the average American do. Where do you turn for help. How will you stay afloat in what I guarantee you will be the hard times ahead.
Let me tell you about a great company I have found. They will approve you for a unsecured credit card no matter what your credit history is. This is a great hub, a must read for the few that are still thinking for themselves
Good hub. Unfortunately the majority of the american people live in their own little worlds and have no clue what is going on around them, unless it impacts their lives in some way. And even then, they shrug their shoulders and just mutter, "oh, well, there's nothing i can do about it anyway", "you can't beat city hall", or the worst one of all "it really doesn't affect me".
I have come to the conclusion that american are getting what they deserve for putting their lives, and livihoods into the hands of the greedy, cruel and uncaring corporate america.
After all rights are stripped from them (us), we as a people will be the next country to rebel against the government. But, in our case, the people will lose to the most powerful - those 2% that actually run this country.
1913
The Federal Reserve Act was enacted creating a Nation of Debt Slaves serving their Banker Overlords.
The Federal Income Tax was enacted allowing the Federal Government to take anything they want from you.
So what went wrong? Clearly this mess has been a Century in the making.
You can blame anyone or anything you want but the core root the CAUSE of the problem is the Monetary System. Everything else including Politics is just a symptom of the Banking System.
A system of debt which is not infinitely sustainable is collapsing under it's own weight and ALL problems funnel to the top.
